Note – New points system for Presidents Trophy 2023 and beyond

At the committee meeting on 9th February 2023, it was agreed to change the Presidents Trophy points system for 2023 so players were not disadvantaged if they missed some games. 

For 2023 and beyond, the President’s Trophy will be based on stableford points from the 14 x PT games. The winner will be determined using their top 11 x stableford scores after the final PT game of the year. If there is a washout/cancelled PT game during the year leaving 13 x PT games,  we will use the top 10 x scores (or top 9 x scores if there are 12 x PT games and so on…).

The Presidents Trophy has now been updated to reflect the new guidelines.
